UPS Ground service is used for most domestic shipments (charges listed below) and products usually arrive within 7-10 business days. There is no shipping on the weekends. To receive your order more quickly, you may choose UPS Next Day Air® or UPS 2nd Day Air® for an additional charge. NOTE: Once your order is processed, please allow one business day with UPS Next Day Air® and two business days with UPS 2nd Day Air® for your products to arrive. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for any of these shipping methods. Also, because not every item on our site is always immediately available, all or part of your order may take additional time to ship.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a PO Box unless it is directly attached to your dwelling, or is your street address.
Addresses OUTSIDE the United States, its territories, and US military post offices are considered international.
We offer 3 international shipping options: Priority Mail International, Express Mail International (EMI), and BONGO (DHL Express).
International shipping charges are based on the delivery location and the weight of the package. In addition to the shipping costs provided at checkout, the recipient is responsible for all customs fees including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border before delivery. The carrier will usually attempt to collect these charges at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for delays by customs or by shipment processing.
