refund policy

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification will not be processed. Your refund or exchange will be given when the returned item is received. The items must be returned in the same package as they were sent to you and in a condition that makes resale possible. The buyer must pay for the shipping costs of returning an item (and will not be refunded for the original shipping costs).
